Yoshoku’s Japanese-inspired afternoon tea reimagines the hotel tradition through the restaurant’s inventive culinary lens. Guided by the principles of kaiseki, the experience highlights balance, seasonality, and refinement through tea sandwiches, warm scones, delicate sweets, and artisanal loose-leaf teas from Brooklyn-based Kettl, sourced directly from Japan. Curated by Executive Chef Ry Nitzkowski and Executive Pastry Chef Jennie Chiu, each service invites guests to settle in and enjoy.
